▶ Which banks are supported?
Any bank. Our AI can learn new bank statement formats automatically. The first time you upload a new format it takes a bit longer, but after that it's instant.
▶ Is my data secure?
Yes. All connections are encrypted (HTTPS). Uploaded files are processed temporarily and automatically deleted. We do not store the content of your bank statements. Passwords are hashed with bcrypt, and we only use a single HttpOnly cookie for authentication.
▶ Do you store my bank statements?
No. PDFs are only kept in memory during processing and deleted immediately after. We only store metadata (file name, transaction count, timestamps) for your conversion history.
▶ Can I use this without an account?
Yes. Guests can convert up to 2 pages per day without registering. Create a free account for 5 pages per day, or subscribe for higher limits.
▶ What if the conversion has errors?
AI-powered conversions are very accurate but not perfect. Always verify the output before using it for financial or legal purposes. If you notice consistent issues with a specific bank format, contact us.
▶ How do I cancel my subscription?
Click the [BILLING] button in the top bar to open the billing panel, where you can cancel anytime. You keep access until the end of your billing period.
